Do priestly prayers affect buffed unit mounts?
Does it affect character in the units besides the priest?

I'm still struggling a but with old edition rule overflow and not always certain where I read a rule and maybe just can't find it because of how the book is organized, not just because it isn't there lol

For Ulric it is clearly stated yes and for hammer of sigmar it is yes
