Turns out that two units of peg knights and three flying characters is good.

The comp and game size makes it quite unique as an event, although vanguard peg knights are op in any format (at 2k with normal comp you usually won’t have 2 good units though just 1)

The comp also really hurt some of the few things (like monsters) who can content with peg knights

Falcon horn is just way too good, especially for Bretonnians who have some of the best flying units. It’s going to need a serious nerf somehow. I would think it either needs to be a leadership test (which still is probably too good) or allow no flying for either side.

It really ought to block all flying, then it's a tech choice, instead of an auto choice. It can't be dispelled right now, it's just a leadership test (which bretonnians have no trouble passing)

It's also not hard to get two big units of pegasus knights even at 2k.

The 2.5k list I played against had three units of 5/6 pegasus knights, and three flying characters on royal pegasus or hippogryphs.
