managed something every day this week! I'm trying to crank out and finish the 40k starter box I picked up, along with some backlog building.
Monday: Built 6 Tyranid Termagaunts
Tuesday: Got together with the club team to plot out the next phase of the narrative planet. The planet broke before the guard did, but can the guard try and put the pieces back together? We have some fun things to throw at them and see...
Wednesday: Built More Nids! And some random space marines. I have to say, Nids have turned out to be a surprisingly enjoyable build and paint. (As long as you take breaks to build something different. There's a reason I only do 4 or 5 termagaunts day out of the 25 I got.)
Thursday: Ukrainian 3d printed models arrive, and they are pretty well made actually. Highly motivated, I crank out a few more rando things to build.
Friday: Spraypainted something like 30 different models.
Saturday: Built the Ukrainian models, they continue to look sweet, even if the resin is a little bit of a pain to get the glue to hold together. Also played the next round of the narrative. Serving as an aid to the Imperial Leader, The Belta-Loada coalition surged into the system to secure pieces off fallen Cadia and see what can be salvaged. The Xeno, Pirate and Chaos factions spent more time fighting each other then Imperials, and thus we got a real nice foothold.
