question: In the case of Marine's will we be able to pick and choose from the different types? like 2- helblaster, 1- Revier, and 2- Infiltrator etc

If you do mean Kill Team Zak then yes, you can essentially put your team together from different marines, but there are rules about how many of each kind you can add. Some of the more advanced types count as Commanders or Elites, which are technically expansions at the moment and not entirely sure how they'll be updated to 9th.
