It has come to the staff's attention that the registration process for the forum has proven to be rather confusing in the selection of a display name.

If your display name did not turn out as what you wanted (commonly being displayed as your "real" name) please make a name change request here.

Name change requests for other reasons may be considered, but we will not place guarantees on these changes being made. If changes in name become too common things can get awfully confusing.

Also please note that if you have been a member for a while you may want to keep using the name you already have, or perhaps put an A.K.A. note in your signature, because you may well be known to quite a few people by your original name.

Calvin's not been around for a while, so I have risked the entire health of the site by doing the change with my shaky fingers and limited tech ability .................

....... luckily I seem to have pushed the right buttons.

See above about Calvin's advice about logging in - I think you will still have to use the NLO name to sign in.

PS. No ganging up with that Wakefield reprobate 'redjoey' - it's bad enough being attacked by one Yorkshireman slagging off West Ham.
