I'm sorry mate, that's a rough day.  Same happened to me not too long ago, except she told me that when I had just flown 2,000 miles and spend 300 dollars to see her.  I wasn't particularly thrilled about that.  Just don't listen to too much sappy British pop music.  Perhaps watch LotR and have a manly drink (if of age of course!), perhaps some beef jerky, and you can weather the storm.

The doctor's prognosis was a slight bit off. My grandfather died at 5:45 EST.

Two of my other grandparents are also in the hospital.

     SRSLY though you should dump him anyways and train your cat better, I might suggest a mouse and cat arena in the living room.  You could even get some of the others on the forum here you help you with the stadium seating for the little imaginary romans to watch from.  Your cats instincts will take over after a while and it could be an entertaining side line business wagering on how long it would take your cat to eat a certain number of mousies.

on the other hand I might just be a barbarian and you shouldn't listen to me.  It'd be F'n cool if you did though, even better if PeTA showed up in all their hypocritical glory.

Sorry to here about your Grand parents !! i would miss mine if they would die.  They would leave holes in the family  that no one could fill.
I have try as much as i can  to learn there stories and the past .
For one day i  will be the one to pass on the past to the next Generation.
I so love my grand parents i'm still lucky to have them i also have a great grand father  who is 89 and still good health

 Well the weekend is where me Brian have are best time . he bring his buddies over to watch football and i clean up after them!!
 anyway he a good guy  i have the whole week ends to do what i want  Since he watches collage football  Saturday
