today I ate
breakfast: 1 fried egg, 2 pieces of toast (pepperidge farms light wheat bread, each slice is 45 cals with 1g of sugar. 1/3rd the amount of normal bread) with a tiny bit of local honey to help with allergies spead over the toast. normaly its 10 cals for a tablespoon of honey, I had probably less than a teaspoon. 160-165? cals
second breakfast: 2 cups of applesauce (fruit cups, not measuring cups) 180 cals
lunch: burrito from chipotle (tortialla, white rice, black beans, steak, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce) 850 cals
dinner: lettuce with bits of chicken and a little bit of light Italian dressing. 110 cals
I plan to keep this going all week except not chipotle every day. Honestly the chipotle is the highest amount of calories I probably eat in a week. Granted I have no idea what the boneless wings special on wednesdays at hooters is as far as calories. most other things for lunch are usually around 300-400 calories. I drink mostly water soda on rare occasions for lunch and if I get sick of water I have some low sugar apple juice.
