Got in a game of Hold The Line via Zoom thta is being put on at the Huzzah! on line convention next weekend.  The rules are actually from a board game and then adapted for miniatures.  We did a Guilford Court House scenario, same as the one being done at Huzzah! 2021.  It was a good time! :icon_biggrin: :::cheers:::

aaand we're back! Crazy how time flies when you're in a pandemic, huh?

Today marks the start of Da Warpath, our prelude period before Animosity III - The Prime Dominion, a five-week narrative campaign that will kick off July 14th. We've completely overhauled the website and added a tonne of new content, including orginal stories, illustrations, and this sweet map:

Everyone's welcome, same as always. We hold hobby hangouts in the voice channel every Saturday at 6pm EST, so please, stop by and say hello.

The Victoria 2 soundtrack. Its by far my favorite from any, yes ANY, Paradox game. Its just so perfect. The soundtrack feels a little off because I am so used to hearing railroads and factory completion sounds which are obviously absent from the sound track as those are in game sound effects.

I particularly like Buckingham Palace song

The Johans Waltz

New World Anthem just gives me chills!

And the Independence March! I cant help but move side to side in my chair when this song plays!

I could go on and on with other songs on the soundtrack, but man I just love it. Nearly every song is just perfect!

Here's an interesting Timeline video on a series of dwellings on the north coast of Cornwall ...

Seems like quite the level of trading going on over a 1,000 year period of time, lovely to see what this provided.

Liked both those videos! :icon_biggrin: :::cheers:::

On the one with the WW1 era German, I counted 21 crew on the start, then in the next portion seems to be 19, but in the final stretch there are 21 until a 22nd pops out of the deck hatch.

Would love to have a model of a 28mm scale WW1 sub. :icon_cool:

I like what you're doing with those. :icon_biggrin: :icon_cool: :eusa_clap:

At 4pm I shut down my business, it has been a brutal week.  Then I headed for Lowes for new drills, auto screw driver, and gig saw.  Bought lumber for two gardening platforms that will be created this weekend.  I am so blah that there's no way I'm going to try anythgin hobby tonight.  Time to chill and relax.

I think its actually a good way to deal with the issue. Its what tech companies do acquiring startups - they acquire independent creators works, I imagine give them some minor compensation, and an opportunity to get paid for what they were doing as a hobby anyway.
