What does the exclaimation mark mean ?

 Just out of curiosity could you let me know what the small yellow exclaimation mark next to my post means ? Looked around and cann't see it next to other posts except one sticky .

It is a message icon you yourself (apparently inadvertently) have selected for your thread.

If you want to get rid of it (or change it), just modify the first post in your thread. In the heading, you will see a Message Icon drop box. If you set it to Standard, the exclamation mark will disappear.
