Topic: Wissenland Runefang - Blood Bringer?

Just doing some procrastinating and thinking about my Wissenlanders, when this popped into my head.

Do we know who has the Wissenland Runefang "Blood Bringer"? EVL has the right to wield it as the Countess but she's not likely to risk breaking a nail sooo... who has this thing!?

I've only done a quick bit of reading on wiki's so there may well be a simple answer from some other sources?
