I'm planning on entering this guy in the current TWF painting contest. The theme is the "Natural Look".
He's about 75% done, but I'm wondering if looks "natural" enough. Does he?

I can't think of more natural colors than metal, browns, beiges and flesh. Nice job too, though the pics make some of the detail work a little hard to see.

Your base is really going to make the model - it needs to starkly contrast the monotone "natural" colors. A grassy green or something equally clashing would do this.

I think that most of that model would benefit from a careful application of brown ink. Armour looks a bit too clean, and scrolls, skin and the skull could use some more shadows.

nice mini- a very arty style in my humble opinion- which i like.  natural look for me would not be the best category for this.  but put you could  him in a jungle setting and maybe.
