Fear (and Terror) isn't quite as potent as it used to be -- but having the ability to drop an opponent's weapon skill down to 1 in the current round of CC can help out.
And I forget to make my opponent roll for it, EVERY TIME.

Here comes another one. Pistols and Handguns have AP special rule but are also S4. Does this mean that they are taking down two levels of armour or just one?

Also do the HE Swordmasters, Phoenix Guard and White Lions have ASL special rule because they use Great Weapons? Do they still retain their ASF?

BRB p. 67 (Armour Piercing): "Wounds caused in close combat by a model with this special rule (or who is attacking with a weapon that has this special rule) inflict a further -1 armour save modifier, in addition to those for Strength."

BRB p.66 (Always Strikes Last): "If a model has both this rule and Always Strikes First, the two cancel out and neither applies so use the model's Initiative."

However, this only applies when they actually are using the GW, and does not mean they would somehow benefit from having ASF a second time from another source.
It is not enough to have no ideas of your own; you must also be incapable of expressing them.
