yeah honestly thats how I got hooked...except it was a link from TurnSignalonaLandraider before it went under. I enjoyed QC so much that I joined the forums which by far is the most chaotically fun forum ive been on. WH empire on the other hand is the most orderly fun forum ive been on.

Women tend to live longer than men anyway.

So in a purely hypothetical situation if you are a woman of 70 married to a man of 62 or 63 then you might find he's still alive to still love you at that age.

Of course that depends on how much you've worn him out over the years with excessive demands ... and how much Viagra he's been forced to take .........

So, due to scoring a full time IT job next year, I'm leaving the piano teaching job I've held for the last 18 months. My boss organised a replacement for me, who I met a couple of weeks ago - she came and sat in on a couple of classes and kind of got a feel for how I was running things so she wouldn't be starting blind next year. She's cute, smart and we got along really well. So I figured I'd take a shot and ask her out at the Christmas party/leaving party, which I figured would be the last time I saw her.

Great plan. 'Til she showed up with the boyfriend she'd failed to mention.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.................

Somehow, during the course of the conversation last night, it turned out her boyfriend is going away for NYE, and she didn't have anything to do. So, in some moment of dim-witted reactionary whatever, I managed to invite her to the NYE party at my mates place, breaking two of my standing rules. I fail to see how this isn't totally going to totally blow up in my face.

Stretch's ground rules:

1. No smokers. (I'm rarely flexible with this one, but in this case she's an ex-smoker, so it's irrelevant anyway).
2. No attached women (definitely breaking this one).
3. Don't try too hard (breaking this one because I'm waaaaaaay overthinking this).

So yes. Am I being an idiot? Probably. Am I going to hang on for the hell of it and enjoy the ride? Probably.

This happened to me too. I had a sweet post detailing tree house rules about no girls allowed, and how cooties would destroy America, but it apparently did not make it, and I'm far too lazy to retype stuff that I already laughed at in my head.

Crisis averted; she's going down the coast with the possibly-I-have-no-idea-if-he-actually-is-her-bf dude. And the other girl I've kinda got a thing going with is going to be in Miami for NYE. So I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that this party is going to be a massive c*ckfest. Buh-bow.
