If anyone else thought this was true I am sorry to offend, i hope you are new to the game and it is all cool, but if you have been playing more than 1 year and played in a couple of tournies and still think this is correct then please please please purchase the rule book.

Well, people ask some pretty strange stuff here sometimes as well. The only thing amazing about that thread is how they made it run for three pages  (and that two more people actually voted "yes", thought they may be kidding).

As a general rule, the users of TPV don't have a clue, they are however convinced that they are the greatest thing ever to happen to warhammer. Don't even bother to go there.

I answered that thread...that those two aren't the sharpest knives in the drawers.

That site used to be great with tactics and great topic discussions, but it has gone way down hill.  I think the biggest hand goes to the people here that have kept the quality so high for a long (for a website) time!

I don't have too much of a problem with the content as that is up to ones own preference but that color scheme and those inane signature banners drive my crazy! Da Warpath is a pretty good site for the greenskins (I know, I know) but they have those signature banners in full effect and I hate them. And I would also rate this site top drawer ... good show.

Oh My!

I never imagined a forum could decay into such nonsense.  This makes me proud of the Mace Wielding Moderators of our forums.  That discussion would easily be around 2 pages long if it weren't for those silly massive signatures that are allowed.

^ the best post in that thread. Why did no mod pick up on it? I suppose that's what you call a "relaxed atmosphere" (replace relaxed with slovenly according to your inclinations - personally I don't think it quite merits the latter yet).

I do, however, agree totally with all posts deploring giant sigs. Argh. Why?
