First two ogres from four:

Отличные усы у второго. Интересно посмотреть на окончательный вариант.  :eusa_clap:

I'm not sure ogres of any kind would leave their stomack bare according to fluff (except for butchers ofcourse), but it is none the less stunning conversions!!! I think I´ll draw some inspiration from them soon, great job

I agree with the inhumane treatment of animals.

I like your thinking  Mr. General  what a Genius

Finlay

Wish they had puffy jackets, but what you have done is spectacular.

I plan on getting someone on commission to do me a unit like this when I am rich.

I don't care about the rules.

Pass the machete.

Moriar

I actually really like these without the jacket. It really keeps that ogre feeling. Ive seen some awsome conversions with jackets too, but i think these are the best ones ive seen so far! If anything im not a total fan of the sword blades. Thats just me tho.  Consider this look stolen for my own ogres!

Ad A Dglgmut

I'm glad you didn't add jackets to them, since I prefer the look of them topless (no I am not gay).  It just seems like the right look for an ogre (or horribly mangled chainmail/leather armor).  The only thing I don't like is the sword on the second guy, too jagged for my tastes.  The greenstuff work is top notch though.

Do the jagged/wavy edges serve a purpose other han looking cool and getting you killed if captured by the enemy?

Yeah something to do with spreading the tension in the metal and trapping enemy swords.

Silly German nonsense.

There was a belief that a flamberge's edges caused more serious wounds -- it's not based in fact, but it was a common belief at the time (and they looked cool).
Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem, first make sure that you are not, in fact, just surrounding yourself with assholes.

Famous last words. R.I.P.

Padre

They are incredibly good - and I can see there's a lot of work gone into them, despite their apparent 'simplicity'.

What you've done is just perfect for mercenary Ogres in the Empire. Be damned with the gut plates. These dudes are really showing off that they dare expose their bellies - doesn't that make them tougher than most Ogres (mentally, if not physically)?

I may attempt to copy these ideas.

Great stuff, king-size dashing swashbucklers  :-D
I really like the flamboyant hats, great greenstuff work. And som very accurate grinding with a (needle?)file on the 2.nd sword.
