I think it means something. In the AirForce there is a classification rating for unclassified but sensitive information. It is called EEFI, Essential Elements of Friendly Information, primarily a part of operational security. If an enemy agent can't find out specific classified information, unclassified but sensitive information can give them information about classified information. The classic example they give in our security training is duty rosters. If the enemy can gain access to a duty roster, which are generally posted in fairly common areas, and see that on a particular day all the pilots in a unit are scheduled to fly, that gives valuable information that a likely classified attack mission is going to happen on that particular day. That's why we had yearly security training covering OPSEC, TRANSEC, and PHYSEC and they emphasized always being security aware.
I think it is an unintentional information leak, I don't believe it is coincidence. I find it hard to believe that there weren't any questions that needed answering for the Wood Elves, but except for the High Elves who's book will be released in just a few weeks, there were questions that needed answering for all the other armies and the BRB. Maybe it could be misinformation, but I doubt it.
