Thanks poet!!!
Heroic Warriors - He-Man on Battlecat

As if He-Man and Battlecat weren't impressive enough on their own, the sight of He-Man riding on Battlecat's back is enough to strike terror in the hearts of the denizens of evil. The riding he-Man is a conversion of the Quest Miniatures He-Man, I cut off and reposed one leg and bent the other one slightly, some putty to cover the gap. Battlecat is of course another copy of the OOP Grenadier model. The base is a lipped base blank by Fenris Games and the tile texture was added with putty.

Foot and mounted version together

in the collaboration of Angelo Di Chello (yes the golden demon ruler! a fantastic person and a very expert of the empire!) i'have sculpted the third count of the missing counts project!!!
if you dont know this project a little explanation: this project is born in the fb group Warhammer Impero when we have decided to fill the gap between the empire character models. with the help of many appassionate and collector we made a lot of research to make our counts models. the model have the foot and the mounted versions then it fit perfectly also for mordheim warband.
i hope you like it and if you are interested to the model look at this link: https://www.facebook.com/Grimforge/posts/2263852046990701

Ah yes, good old Sir Forescale, good point.

I'm going to try to set up a larger space to get some better photos, and I'll get some with some other models for scale.

Thanks for you feedback again Guys!

@Zygmund - not sure about the cloak - the messy part is actually suposed to be a "panther pattern" - little black circles and shapes on the fur. I have tried to take a second look at that, but I haven't probably helped a lot...

Also I have tried to improve the freehand on the Ludwig's warhorse. I'm still not 100% sure about that...

WIP new Karl, waiting for his deathclaw...

And some more work on the Hurricanum/ Luminark...

Thanks Xath!  And sorry, that was a typo, its the Dark Omen games.  Dark Shadows was the Albion GW campaign for tabletop back in 6th ed.  Shadow of the Horned Rat and its sequel, Dark Omen, were a couple of video games from the mid to late 90s which followed the efforts of a mercenary commander born in the Empire to raise an army of mercenaries and Empire troops, sometimes even donated by Karl Franz himself, to defeat various enemies.

BTW:  Read some of your blog just now, great stuff!  I am actually just starting to run a massive WFRP adventure with my group including the Enemy Within, updated with all the info from subsequent editions and lore.  We started with 'The Oldenhaller Contract' in Nuln and have moved onto 'The Gathering Storm' in Stromdorf as an aside.  I am lacing more plot threads throughout side adventures and the main sections to tie everything together and using Egrimm Van Horstmann as a main villain for a better end boss, using the lore thread that he is supposed to be behind many of the cults in the Empire.  The various cults in my version are in competition under Horstmann's guidance to harm the Empire, with the various cult leaders seeking to gain the Throne of Chaos that Tamurkhan failed to get the year before. (He died in 2511 and TEW takes place in 2512-2513)
